I have used Roll20 for 5 years and love it. It usually works as needed, and the recent Jumpgate upgrade has only improved it. I have Foundry as well and have tried multiple time to teach myself how to use it, but the learning curve is significantly steeper than even Roll20.

I don't remember the launch day, but I remember Dragon magazine teasing the hell out of it for a long time leading up to 3e.

I have not read the novels, other than part of the first one. The Cosmere rules look rather good, but the depth of the setting is...frustrating to me as the DM. I would have to learn a significant amount of that just to relay it to my players who have also not read the novels. Is that worth...

I run slower levels generally than what WotC proposes. I like 1st-8th D&D, and will only push to 9th or 10th if the story demands it. It also takes a long time to get that high level.

Zobeck was amazing. I found a map to upload to VTT and I could zoom in fairly close to street level for the tokens, so they had the whole city to roam around. It made me wish you could buy VTT products that were entire pre-made cities with all the locations already linked and clickable.

Such an awesome movie. I loved it as a kid. The sequel is forgettable (as most sequels are) which is unfortunate because Marc Singer owned that role.
