more aggressive than their own release schedule, sure, that is not hard. Not more aggressive than their 3pp schedule from last year, so it cannot compensate for a lack of official releases relative to the ones from last year

are they rapidly rising? WotC is in a better position than pretty much any other TTRPG publisher to keep them low The majority of sales is digital by now too, so those would not be affected either

I am not so sure on poor quality or delayed… neither is ideal, but they had both in the last two years or so and I am not aware of much of an impact of either I also have no idea why their products would suddenly become much more expensive / unaffordable

First of all, that policy is still racist, no one said a policy can only be racist and if it is, it has no other effects. Second, I’d argue that there is a non-racist version of that policy that is better at accomplishing all that other stuff, and you should implement that one instead
