I owned several of these back in the day before I started playing D&D. Was able to score a bag of them on EBAY recently for around $10 and now use them in game (or did prior to quarantine). Good stuff.

As far as fantasy inspired metal goes - it doesn't get any better (or worse depending on your tastes/perspective) than Dragonforce. Their latest album even features a Skyrim track. Dragons, warriors, wizards etc can be found in most of their tunes.

To your first point - I don't get it either. I am definitely not part of the younger generation that's coming into the hobby either. I loved BG1, 2, Torment, IWD, etc... but this just looks amazing. As for the second point, I felt that the tieflings looked pretty damn cool and broke that mold...
