I've put a lot of hours into BG3, I'm way beyond "at first". Other games, XCOM 2 for instance, include vertical controls that BG3 lacks. Even zooming the view right out or going into overhead view often still leaves high level features such as rafters inaccessible if your character is at ground...

The only thing that really frustrates me about the camera in BG3 is a lack of decent altitude control. In a game with so much verticality in maps, being unable to properly aim at or view a higher level can be really limiting.

I'm just starting out playing Ghost of Yotei. Not quite feeling the immediate connection to the main character that I did in Ghost of Tsushima, but the gameplay feels comfortably familiar and I'm looking forward to exploring further.
