I wonder if the remaster for 2e they just put out will change many people’s minds. I’m reading through the new PHB now and it looks quite fun.

If this had the impact of wiping out some of the 600 established spells and allowed for more character creativity in on the spot spell creation, that could be cool. Would have to have some well established perimeters though to make it work balanced.

So, is vecna gonna take me on a wild ride? Do the mtg cards released concerning vecna in the past year or so gives any clues??
