I bet you can create separate Notebook in OneNote just for that days game prep you will have the tabs view on the side and when your done you can just drag your notes into your larger notebook and start fresh each time

as for vtt d20 pro and foundry are good alternatives to roll20. But I think based on your needs owlbear is the way to go

Check out world anvil. It’s not going to generate what your describing for you but it’s a good place to start your writing and the different article types have prompts and fields on them to inspire you
