    Review: Arsenal Hooked Hammer

As far as common items are concerned, you'll also be seeing some new series on Armor/Shields and Miscellanious gear. From what I've seen as a freelancer, both of these series are tending a little more towards the common items. In particular, the E.N. Adventurer series deals with things that...

    Old edition "signature characters"

Sounds right. Wonder if he actually opened a book to find that? Or is it just coincidence?

    Old edition "signature characters"

Wasn't there a character in a Jack Chick booklet with about that same name?

    Conflict with Goblins

Deigh needs to know everything he can fom Ceru. He already assumes that Ceru is probably telling the truth, since he knows there are goblins around here, and Ceru does look like he's been in combat with them. For now, he'll work with Ceru, at least to get into the goblins. As for a plan, Deigh...

Bard Prestige classes? Do you have one you like?

[shamless pimpage]You may also find some useful PrCs for bards (or in a more general sense, anybody with Perform ranks) in the upcoming EN Adventurer: Instruments by yours truly. Theres two PrCs in there, neither of them are explicitly for bards, but a bard could qaulify for either with a little...

    Tips/Tricks/Feats for the Mobile Fighter

Not to be a bother, but what are the Pre Reqs? No need to post the full feat (this gives me a good enough idea, and I don't want to screw with copyright), I just want to know what level I might be able to take it at.

    Tips/Tricks/Feats for the Mobile Fighter

WHat does Duel Strike do? I don't have Complete Adventurer handy (I got all the Scout info from a friend's copy, and mine is sitll on special order at Hastings), and I'd like to get an diea what your suggesting.

How Would You Run A Western? (Magnificent Seven? Firefly?)

Hmmm... tee big trend I'm seeing so far is towards Sidewinder, which I may end up getting. I actually picked up Spellslinger a week ago, and while its a great book, I'm kind of itching for more depth, for something a little bigger. Sounds like Sidewinder may be that. So, keep those suggestions...

    Planar Factions

Well, that one is last on my review list since I haven't read it all, but so far I like it. Haven't read quite enough to really be sure (Too many books! I had a good holiday season ;) ), but so far I think its a vast improvement. And a great concept :) .

    Tips/Tricks/Feats for the Mobile Fighter

(If this belongs in the rules forum, just slide it over) Okay, so I'm building a Ranger/Scout for my new PC (after my Psychic Samurai bit the dust :( ), and I wanted to hear ideas for feats, tips, and tricks for making a mobile fighter worth while. How do you deal with moving so often you...

    Scout

Could I get the info on the first 5 levels of the scout class? I just need to see the abilities, I don't need the full write up. Just a the special ability, BAB, and saves table would work fine.

How Would You Run A Western? (Magnificent Seven? Firefly?)

Okay, I've been feeling like running a Western recently, so I wanted to get some ideas. If you were running a generic Western (including fantasy or Sci Fi elements, if you like), what rules set (or combination of rules) would you use? No need to stick to d20, or just a single book, you could...

Ceramic DM- The Renewal ( Final judgement posted)

Any idea on round 2 match ups? I would really prefer a Friday afternoon pic posting, if possible, and it looks like we've got another round 2 contestant (or two) now...

Spectator Commentary thread for Ceramic DM (Winter 2005)

As always, your welcome. Since I've heard a couple of comments on this: Southern Comfort was chosen since (if I remember correctly) I used vodka just a line earlier, and I didn't want to repeat it too much. The Comrade/Sir: Again, I didn't want this to become a characture, so I tried to vary...

I am part of the most incompetent adventuring group.

Well, if your players are on EN World Anyway, you might consider starting a thread (or a private forum, see Morrus for info on that) for them to post in. Bard Stephen Fox has a private forum for our game, and it helps get people acting between sessions, both roleplaying and planning.

    Planar Factions

I should also be posting some reviews of Mouseferatu's work soon. Hamunapatra, Planar Factions, and Hero Snare, in that order. Thanks again for the books, Mouseferatu.

I am part of the most incompetent adventuring group.

This kind og\f setup also allows for the players to spend time online (via message boards or email) or in person planning for a week before their next session. By putting in a 'non-random random encounter' you've made the current session exciting, and made a good reason to leave the entire next...
