I hope the Sharn get a stat block or two in Netheril's Fall, but given my track record for guessing what'll be in what book (I was sure there'd be saurials in the FR books, for example), I wouldn't hold my breath. I agree that they don't correspond in a straightforward way with the elf surfaces anymore, but I'm sure they could find some way to keep the Faerie/Elven essence while also being a Chaotic Good outsider race.
