The DHSM house continues to be for sale, but it took a significant price hit... dropping nearly $300K in the last month (see above; it was $725K on March 24th). Reportedly, according to paperwork filed in North Carolina on April 15th, Justin's now ex-wife seems to have gotten the house in full.

For the first time in nearly five years, there are no open case involving NuTSR. All that's left is the cases Justin brought on himself personally. If only we've seen the last of him... Meanwhile, the house dropped another 50K in the last month.
