Honestly, I'd be glad with just NPC stat blocks for the saurials! Maybe add them as species in the everything books, but even just a few saurial stat blocks would make me so happy.
Where did they mention Dragonbait in this book?
I could see those on your list being included for sure!
A few others I can think of (although some of these may be hopeful optimism) include wemics, Beasts of Malar, spell weavers(?), and the goofy monsters that I love so much, the winged wonder.
So, if the Dalelands are being focused on, what does that mean for the Lost Dale (and the saurials within)? I don't know much about the Dalelands, to be honest. Anyone with more knowledge have any input?
I always find stuff like this so tragic. There are many cases of Indigenous Peoples expecting the very minimum of fair, equal treatment upon first contact, only to be brutally let down and slaughtered.
Vajra Safahr, the wizard on the cover, and Minsc (and Boo, of course), both are in the new DMG's lore glossary. I don't think Jarlaxle is, and I know Karlach isn't (although she is apparently quite beloved in BG3 communities).
