Don't disagree. In the case of BLG it was murky because there were a string of campaigns in quick succession and backers in the first 4 or 5 were already taken by the time everything was defaulted on. Later backers especially had evidence of what was going on, had they checked, but it still...

Same. BLG seems to have a history of crowdfunding for miniatures, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars, then failing to fulfill and selling the IP to somebody else-- who charges again for fulfillment. Rinse, wash, repeat. And I blame Kickstarter for allowing it to happen repeatedly.

My comment had nothing to do with Legend of the Mist and everything to do with the potentially-misleading statement that any availability of a game was disqualifying. The pick stands.

Agreed. Plus there are new/alternate character professions in at least six or seven splatbooks. 4th edition has a few rough spots to be ironed out, but overall the biggest overhaul that it's screaming for is organizational.
