D&D Movie/TV Check Out These Previews Of Hasbro's New D&D 'FAST' Channel

FreeVee seems to be related to Prime. I downloaded the app to my smart TV and once in the app I searched Dungeons and Dragons and the channel pops up there. Faster Purple Worm is a pretty entertaining show. Seth Green was a blast to watch.

D&D Movie/TV Check Out These Previews Of Hasbro's New D&D 'FAST' Channel

I found the channel. Just started watching the live play Encounter Party. I gotta say, I'm kinda liking it. So far. Really looking forward to Faster Purple Worm, Kill Kill Kill. Hopefully this takes off.

D&D 4E Ben Riggs' "What the Heck Happened with 4th Edition?" seminar at Gen Con 2023

I've only ever rolled a 18/00 in BG1...after hitting reroll for 30 mins lol. For real though, I pretty much self taught myself 2e (with help from the starter set audio CD). At first I was pretty strict on rolling in order. Those characters didn't really last long. It was only after researching...

D&D General How Do You "Roll Up" Ability Scores?

Usually 4d6-L but I have used the standard array.

    D&D 3.x Retro-cloning D&D 3.0

I'm starting to collect D&D books and at the moment I'm looking at 3.0 books. Can anyone tell me how to determine if the PHB is a first printing? I've googled and can't seem to get a definite answer. Currently looking at a phb on ebay that claims to be a first printing but just want to make...

    I learned something new too

D&D Movie/TV New South Park Special Mentions BG3

My apologies, my comment wasn't aimed at anyone particularly. Just thought I'd add my opinion to the conversation.

D&D Movie/TV New South Park Special Mentions BG3

I'd say Trey Parker and Matt Stone like video games. I never got the impression they hated the ones they featured. They even made a couple of games themselves that weren't bad.

D&D Movie/TV New South Park Special Mentions BG3

Yeah, I'm in an undisclosed location in Germany at the moment and the D&D movie is being advertised a lot with the P+ tag. Seems like every other commercial is the D&D movie.

WotC Hasbro Earnings Call: WotC/BG3 carrying Hasbro

I feel like BG3 benefited from the EA and gained a lot of good will from the fan base. I mean we are in a time where games are rushed out in a buggy mess and most games that should be really great are mediocre at best. I also feel like Stanfields issue is the fans wanted another Elder Scrolls...

Planescape: Adventures in the Multiverse Review

I noticed this too. Felt a bit odd. There's a couple of other entries that the layout could have been done a little better (I use to be a graphic designer so it may not be noticeable to others). Over all I'm happy with the product. I grab an alt cover, actually the first alt cover book I've...

D&D 5E (2014) Amazon US book sales rank.

I noticed the amount of hype between the two products were very different. WotC only released a few videos for Shattered Obelisk compared to the many Planescape related videos some featuring special guests.

Planescape The Pen & Ink Drawings of Tony DiTerlizzi up for signed preorder.

I watched a documentary about D&D art and artist. I can't recall the name but it's on Amazon prime in the U.S. Anyway, the documentary gets to the point in history where WotC buys TSR. Apparently the old TSR building was being cleaned out and they found a bunch of art. Someone had the foresight...

D&D General Is DnD being mothballed?

I think so, that and the earlier 3.0 adventures, to me, have a different feel to them compared to some of the later ones. I could be totally off base though. I was largely absent from 3.x era.

D&D General Is DnD being mothballed?

Yeah I missed out on the 3e era at the beginning. Once I started looking to see what was out it was a bit overwhelming. Side note: someone mentioned how 3.0 had a different feel compared to 3.5 in another thread. It got me thinking. I did some research and reading and I'd have to agree. 3.5...

D&D General Is DnD being mothballed?

I've noticed it too. I feel like there are some groups on YouTube that have decided its cool to hate on WotC. One video compared it to the time Marvel comics went bankrupt. Seems odd though because some of these channels or personalities have books that are successful because of 5e.

D&D General Dark Sword Miniatures new goblin minis

They remind me of the old animated Hobbit movie goblins. I like them, if I didn't already have a horde of goblins I'd probably get some.

D&D General Is DnD being mothballed?

To answer OPs question, no. I think they have struck a fine balance of release schedule. I don't think I could keep up with a bigger release schedule. It's been well documented/discussed WoTC's release schedule os intentional.

    D&D 5E (2014) Check Out Planescape's Table of Contents & More!

I'm excited for this because I couldn't find the original box set when 2e was current. All I could get my hands on was the Planescape monster book at that time.

D&D 5E (2014) D&D's Classic Settings Are Not 'One Shots'

I like having a DM screen that's tied to an adventure or setting. I even bought the ToA screen. I understand not everyone wants one though.
