Sorry if it was confusing - just off the top of my head thought swhile at work :D As for the changes suggested for the Bard class - I guess I just didn't want to stray too far from the Wizard class - just reduce the hugely powerful spells at the top end of the spell list.

Has anyone produced a version of the Wizard class using the Bard as its basis? I'm considering doing this for a low-magic campaign which wouldn't have the current arcane classes. There are a lot attractions, particularly as the campaign will have a more martial flavour than a standard...

Thanks again, Knight-of-Roses. The only problem with that is that, overall, the Spirit Warrior ends up as the Druid but without spells - albeit with more of a choice in weapons. I'm tempted to make them HD 10, one good save (Fort), like the fighter. How unbalanced would that be?

I'm very tempted to give fighters Armour Specialisation, at 12 level, in place of the current bonus feat (Armour Specialisation is from the Warmain class from Arcana Unearthed ).

Well, I just thought I'd share the news that on Wednesday morning (UK time) my daughter, Beth, was born. Baby and mother are both doing wonderfully well. It's our first baby and my wife and I are both a bit bedazzled by the whole thing. In a word it has been "fantastic"!
