I need a clarification on Haste. After you cast it, it grants you one extra partial action per round. My question is this: Do you get the partial action immediately that round or do you have to wait until the next round for the partial action?

I don't have the spell in front of me right now. If it is cast as area dispel on a party and they have no spells active or even if spells are active, will it also dispel any item magic (i.e. ring of blinking or amulet of health, etc.). I remember it will start with one direction and move until...
