When a player casts a spell against multiple creatures with spell resistance, do you have the player roll once to ovrecome SR for all creatures, or do you have the player roll once per targeted enemy? Is there anything in the rules about this?? Thank you, David

The Psionic power Claws of the Vampire does 1d8 "base" damage. The character then heals the damage inflicted. Would you allow strength bonuses to this attack's damage and if so does the character heal it???? I would think so, but cannot find any rules to back it up. David
