    Does entering melee provoke an AoO?

    Perhaps this is a silly question, but I can't find any rule that says entering into a threatened square provokes an attack of oppotunity. Does it? If I do a regular move into a threatened square and then attack using my standard action, does the move provoke an AoO? What if I'm charging?
