Our group plays every Friday (6pm - 12) in Bay City, MI. We are just starting the Age of Worms campaign. Because of job issues, we've lost a couple players and now need more players. Most of the group has been playing together since High School (and that was almost 20 years ago).

I'm reading the trilogy, the Twilight Gaints by Troy Denning. One of the main supporting characters is a Verbeeg Giant Rune-Caster. I know that are stats on Verbeeg Giants in 2.0 D&D. Does anyone know if, and where, they have been updated to 3.5 (or even 3.0) D&D?

I have a player who claims to have a Shield of Abosorbtion. I have yet to hear back from him as to where he got it from. Anyone know where he might have gotten it?

We're starting a new campaign, and I'm playing a Drunkard Fighter. I know where the rules for drinking were in 1.0/2.0E. Does anyone know the Drunk/Intoxication rules in 3.5E? I got a nit-picky DM, so I need the book it comes from.

Last game session, I had a player's near-epic-level character "cursed" by becoming a Shade (Forgotten Realms). Anyone know the EL of a Shade? The FRCS only lists that it has a +2 to CR, but does not say anything about an EL. I guessed and said it was an EL +1. I was hoping to have a book to...

I just wanted to verify that I'm reading the rules correctly. A Druid can command his Animal Companion as a Free Action, and lets assume that it's a higher level Druid, so his Handle Animal is so high, that unless he's trying to "push" the Animal, he doesn't even have to roll to make him attack...

Anyone know if there is an updated (from 2.0 to 3.0/3.5) version of the Faerie Dragon. I don't know if I'm just missing it in the books or if they've never updated them.
