If a paladin is making a smite attack, and it is a critical hit, is the smite damaged doubled? The PHB mentions that extra "dice" of damage (sneak attack, etc.) are not doubled, but normal and bonus damage is. What about Power Attack, strength bonuses, etc. Is there a chart somewhere that...
