Does anyone have an exhaustive list of books devoted to 1E (compatable) monster and or magic items (only)? I'm interested in either hard or soft cover publications (but not magazines like Dragon). If you know of European 1E monsters or magic item books I'm interested in those as well.

In 1E and 3E we trained under a person(s) once eaps were hit. I've always seen in done this way, but on another thread I've found others never played this way.
