    My own system

Primarily, I would like play testers and editors for it. I am in the proccess of writing the first beta rules light version now from the rough copy. Here is the Preface: This takes up 1 page in microsoft word but I still think there should be a little more about the game, although I feel...

    Spells ruling: Shatter

Does this work on a person? Can you target some one's hair or fingernails or a bone in their body? I argued against it, and it ultimately ended the campiagn for good, but am I right or wrong? (Please use page numbers and links as sources for your agrument one way or another) ---Rusty

    Skirmish and dual strike/manyshot

Does it apply? I read the entry over and over again, and that 'all attacks made after moving 10 ft' seems like a daunting argument for it. Likewise, 'you do not add precision damage' is a strong argument for it to not work. Is there a smoking gun? *note: Not to be rude but I am not interested...

Need help making notes into a campaign settting!

How does one go from taking tons of unorganized notes and turn it into a proper setting? The notes on the city are random at best, scribbled on a note pad as I think of them. They are mostly on the Cities that populate the world, the population, goverment, noble houses ect, ect, with deeper...

    Re-trying 1st Ed.

1st Ed. was the edtion that made me fall in love with D&DLooking back though, 3.5 gives so many more options and choices that it makes it hard to crack open the oldies and run a campaign the way I remember them. So, I have been playng D&D for 17 years now, although I forget what year it is alot...

    Gurps project: Magic

For a fresh start for gurps, I would like to create a new idea for the way magic is done. My idea is that all spells can be completely customized by the players, creating spells much like picking advantages. Basically, everything you could want in spell which can be bought. this is sort if what...
