This is prolly a dumb question, but.... If I am a 1st level rogue, 3rd level mage. My max rogue skills are 4 right? and If I wanted to get them higher than 4, I;d have to use 2 skill points per skill right? Or is my max 7 since I have a total of 4 levels?
