In a recent WotC article they clarified how stacking conditions work and/or if you have to make multiple saves for similar, but slightly different conditions. However, I can't seem to find it. Anyone rememeber where this was posted?

Forgive me if I'm overlooking something here, but I've checked the errata, compendium and searched several forums. Why does Healing Strike mark the target? It seems that the only thing it does is screw over other people who may have previously marked the target.
