The PHB says at level 30 you have 2 At-Will, 4 Encounter, 4 Daily, 7 Utility spells. I leveled a Warden up to 30 and have only 3 Dailies (level 29, level 25, and level 19), 3 Encounter (27, 23, 17), and 5 Utility. Am I missing something?
