OK guys i have a shifter druid just ripe for prestige class time. But you see the thing is that he is a Half-Vamp. Would he be able to be a Were-Touched Master? Cause it says you cant be bot a vampire and a Lycanthrope at the same time but he is only a Half-Vampire and wont be a full Lycanthrope...
