    Lycanthropy for PCs

    Just a note: according to my copy of the [3.5] SRD, it would 'just' be a minumum of +3: +2 for lycanthrope(afflicted), +1 for wererat. +3 (exl. HD) is for natural lycanthropy, but since the topic was sudden boosts in power, I think we can leave those out.
