If you really wanted to, you could give bull's strength to a ghost via a ghost touch spell storing weapon. Although, wouldn't those vials that let you coat weapons and temporarily make them ghost touch work on someone's hand's as well?

Yeah, but frightful presence is an activated ability that only works if the dragon does something. Sleeping isn't something that would do that. I am however a big fan of having creatures with breath weapons breathe on themselves if they get into a pinch. My PCs hate it when I do that to them.

Okay so the fighter is better at resisting will saves. He's missing out on taking Spring Attack, or any of the new weapon mastery feats or other things. He spent 3 feats to shore up a lousy defense against will saves. He doesn't get to do super awesome things in other areas.

Go spring attack, and pick up the bounding assault and the blitz feat from PHB2, and then you'll get multiple attacks that way.. and skirmish on each one.

What's so awful about rogues actually killing things? They have d6 HD. If someone gets hit by a rogue and sneak attacked, they'll turn on them and rip them a new one for it. Considering also how many monsters are immune to sneak attack, or fall under the rule that you must be able to reach...
