    Scans of Dragonlance 3e

I kind of like the art direction. As said above I like it better than the stuff in the 3.5 books. Or what I've seen so far at least.

    Dragonalnce Campaign Setting

Stormprince, are you guys planning to release any modules for the DLCS? As a totally new DM, and a long time fan of DL, I'd love to play a campaign set on Krynn, but creating my own adventures is something currently far beyond my ability. I plan to pick up the campaign setting either way, but it...

    Supplies for a New DM

Thanks for all the great replies. It's given me a bunch of great ideas. One thing I'm a little fuzzy about is how the battlemat actualy works. The way I'm imagining this in my head is that when you come across an encounter you use it mark where everyone is at and where the monsters are, and...

    Supplies for a New DM

Ok, how useful is it as a new DM to have a game mat or battle mat and a DM screen? Are these just frilly accessories or do they actually help with the game? And other than a set of dice and the core books is there anything else some of you veterans might have to recommend, that will make the...

    Suggestions for a New DM

Thanks to everyone for the advice. We are planning to get together next Sunday, so I'll use that opportunity to run some of this past them. I also like the idea of a floating character. It should give the guys playing a chance with a character they would not have picked.

    When 3.0 books become obsolete...

How essential will it be to have the new books? As someone who's just about to start playing and has all the 3.0 stuff, should I feel inclined to now go buy the 3.5 books?

    Suggestions for a New DM

What the heck is a a splat book? I'll admit I don't feel anywhere near ready to start creating my own adventures. I've barely got a handle on the basic rules.:(

    Suggestions for a New DM

Since everyone's being so helpful, I'm gonna go ahead and ask another question. Hell I might as well be honest and admit I'll probably be around asking endless newbie questions in the weeks and months to come. :D I've noticed that some modules start you out at a much higher level. One of the...

    Suggestions for a New DM

Thanks for the links, tips, and suggestions everyone. It sounds like Whispering Woodwind might be a good place to start. :D Yeah, we've got a couple of wives and a girlfriend giving us funny looks, like maybe e should be thinking about mowing the yard or something instead. But the four of us...

    Suggestions for a New DM

Hello everybody. Since the introduction of the new D&D core rule books I've been collecting everything that comes out almost obsessively with the intent to someday sit down and play. Well me and a couple of friends have finally decided to give it a go. We are all in our early 30's and complete...
