Thanks, I'll check that out. Luckily/unfortunately I'm not selecting my race entirely based on the modifiers, but it does have some impact. Having thrown a rather all-over low range of stats, I'd prefer not to have negative adjustments for either of my primary stats, for example. I'm not playing...

Any volunteers? I MIGHT come around to do a list of races from the books I have at SOME TIME maybe before August. But I wouldn't chance on it... (btw, in any case, can anyone just come up with suggestions for races with wis and/or int-adjustments?)

Are there any summary of racial adjustments to stats somewhere? Preferrably for Forgotten Realms... Ideally, I'd have a list of all races, and be able to ask "who's got positive adjustments for Wisdom, and what other adjustments do they have", and have a list to compare from.

I play in two 3.5-campaigns with two different DMs. In one of them, an (non-magical) arrow shot from a +1 magical longbow makes 1d8+1 damage. In the other, it makes 1d8 damage, but it counts as magical damage. Which is "right"? The DMG (p221) says: It doesn't really specify whether the bonus...
