I won't join the debate on the issue, but I do own the first Fortress America and prefer the first blurb. It is more interesting. And I am American. I won't buy this specifically because of the blurb change. I talk by not spending $$$.

Agreed. While the PF crunch books are fun, the Inner Sea Campaign book is amazing. It makes you WANT to travel to Golarion. :)

No advice here, but I really wanted to play a Chelxian Inquisitor of Shelyn that's a tripping beast with his Glaive and gets teary-eyed at the sound of Chelxian opera (the Shelyn side coming out). :P

Wife tried to use a code, could not find out how to use it (she's the one with the iphone) and ended up purchasing it. How were you supposed to use the codes? No one has said they used them? Was this a marketing swing versus a call for help and support?

In an Eberron game, our party's Warforged Wizard created a legendary gag when he proclaimed he was casting "Scootching Ray!" instead of the far more situation appropriate Scorching Ray. It still come up too this day, especially when wizardry is involved. :)

Just looked at Dave's note to the wife and I in our d20 Blackmoor book. The book just became a lot more sentimental to me. :(

Thanks for the memories Dave, and the chance encounter on the streets of Indy and at Sci-Fi City. Blackmoor and OD&D/AD&D are a precious part of my childhood and hobby. You'll be in our thoughts.
