yeah my group did that once, built and entirely arcane party, we survived lower levels though multiclass, everyone taking a role then a PrC to suit. I guess in the end it all comes down to who you're playing with, wouldnt want to do that with an inexperienced group, or more to the point DM...

Ultimately yeah, but the idea is that its a party that you would be happy to be in through all those twenty levels, to take your example myself i wouldn't want to be in that party at low levels though at higher levels its pretty unbeatable cheers Fingers

Im going to put my cp's in the barbarian levels for the combat rogue as well. On the last page i spotted a post saying rogue4/wiz 1 qualified for for daggerspell with practiced caster dont have my books in front of me but i thought daggerspell required 3rd level spells rather than caster level 5...

Thats what im thinking ill go for, introduce some NPCs that the PCs have always known about but have only just come into close contact with, probably some government officials and things like that and introduce hints that perhaps they're not as human as they seem then sit back and wait for PCs...

I agree and disagree with this, im all for making the character you want to play etc but i do think it adds to the enjoyment of the game as a whole being more certain that you have the essentials covered so regardless of what the DM throws you have the right weapon in your armoury Anyway Voadam...
