We are specifically playing 3.0 version, although with many of the things we are using, we are slowly drifting towards 3.5... So I guess if its not to terribly much trouble, i'd like to kinda hear it from both the 3.0 and the 3.5 version as to how shifting works. Thank you in advance. - Grendal
