Got into a discussion with a few friend on this effect without coming to a consensus, and seeking clarification. Targets: One creature/level, no two of which can be more then 30ft. apart. Would this mean: 1.) that all targets have to be within 30ft or 2.) if there's 3 characters, the 'middle'...
