Do You Sometimes Purchase RPG Books Just To Read (Not For Play Purposes)?

At this point, yes. I have been good lately but it is hard at times.

Rogue Traders In The Grim Future

My understanding is that the RPGs added a lot more lore to the setting that normally falls to the side in favor of the armies of the table top game. That dome like structure more than likely is a type of cathedral. There is a heavy influence of gothic medieval architecture in the game when it...

Call of Cthulhu and PC Spellcasters

The longer an investigator is around the more knowledgeable they become but also the more brittle the mental state is. If you give them more "tools" to better deal with the mythos they lose a lot in using those tools.

    Systems change with the time

Starfinder is Pathfinder with a sci-fi twist. Might be what you want without making a whole new system from scratch.

Superheroes are a hot commodity -- why aren't superhero RPG's?

I guess, for me, it's campaigning for the long term. Trying to find a way to keep a game going, beyond a few sessions as a brief break, is really hard. Finding a good group willing to play the roles is also difficult.

Dragonlance Joe Manganelio is Writing the D&D Movie? And Is it DRAGONLANCE?

Dragonlance is a good choice. Instead of trying to write a whole movie from scrap, this just needs to be adapted. It also benefits from being a novel and easy to grasp.

Honestly, I am not surprised to hear this. My wife and I have had our own issues with Paypal making it hard to access money. My wife hosts a yearly event where several dance instructors teach workshops over a two day period and there is a show for teachers and students. We have to pay a lot for...

Fantasy Flight Games Acquires LEGEND OF THE FIVE RINGS

Man, that might be a good time to look into buying the books. I have always admired the game but was always a little intimidated by the lore behind it.
