Summoning is part of a demon or devil's CR. You don't get more encounter xp for fighting another CR. Fighting things like that is and should be a horrible experience.

I checked the SRD quickly and none of that information is part of the monster type Fey. I trust you are reading into those specific spell descriptions(which I haven't yet) but shouldn't there be a little more information in the SRD listing?
