Yes, it's still too overpowered. May I suggest removing the +2 on saves? Or a -2 on Strength or Charisma? And also, the light sensitivity is going to hurt you. I would get rid of that.

Agreed. I only use core rules, so basically, the tradeoff for me right now is between having an amulet of natural armor or having an amulet of health.

Leap Attack works excellent as well.

The only problem I have with this is that the Balor can just simply teleport right up to the spellcasters, and they will be so far away that the other PCs won't be able to reach them for several rounds...

So, would consider having 210 HP and a 33 AC better than having 180 HP and a 36 AC at 15th level?

I find this a bit scary. Maybe its just the word "convert"... I think it's nice to introduce your family members into D&D, as long as no one is pressing a relative to do so.

I think its a fine ability. What if you are trying to get out of a grapple? Or you are buried because of an earthquake spell? Or, as you said, if you need to break down a door? Or deal more damage? I think its quite useful.
