You could teleport a flying opponent toward a wall, the ground, or one of their teammates; use some variation of the Knockback rules for Damage, and Slam Attack, if teleported into a teammate.

Intrepid glances around at the others. "So, what's the consensus? Are we going to let Ghost indulge his smiting whims?" he asks. OOC: Sorry for the extended leave; had some ridiculous RL issues to contend with.

Yeah, thirty... I remember it fondly... Um, wait, I've never been to Europe! Nevermind. I'll be 35 in two weeks. Geez, where does the time go?

SX:3 From the Bowels of Philadelphia (Hero For Hire Judging)

Intrepid stands at the door, his force field up, awaiting the return of Ghost. "Guys," he whispers, "I'm sorry about the keypad incident. Not really sure what I was thinking back there. I thought I was a goner; couldn't move a muscle."

This is just great, thinks Intrepid as he strains to move something, anything. This'll teach me to jump forward and mess with the big bad guy's toys. OOC: Fort Save (1d20+5=25)

"Let me have a shot at it," says Intrepid, as he rushes over to the keypad. Code Guess (1d20=8)

Intrepid brings up his force field and moves in behind the others, peeking around Aquaphibian's broad body. He glances around the room, looking for anything out of the ordinary. As if anything could be considered ordinary in a place like this, he thinks. "It's quiet. Too... um, nevermind," he...

Intrepid glances at the badge. "Did Null have lackeys? He probably would, considering there's no way one person could do all this," swings his arms to point out their surroundings, "alone. Regardless, this should make getting through all these doors a bit easier."

Intrepid shakes his head, groans, and says, "Sheesh, another door?" "Hey Phib, the next homicidal toaster is all yours," he says, looking around at Aquaphibian. "My head'll surely split open if I try to blast anything else the way I did that 'bot." I'm beginning to feel like a lab rat lost in...

I've emailed the judges my Mission Proposal. Yeah, earlier than I expected. BUT... But, I won't be able to start the mission until atleast next week or so. I hope that's okay.

The Judges should have it by the end of the week (I hope). I'm still tweaking the mission, as it'll be the prologue of a much larger storyline I'm working on.

Use sblock tags: [ sblock] and [/sblock] (leave out the space between the first bracket). To name the sblock something else, OOC for example, just use [ sblock=OOC] and [/sblock] (again, leave out the space). Use Invisible Castle.

Hmm... Some of you guys are a bit intimidating. All you LS Old Schoolers be forewarned, my first mission here will be the first PbP game I've ever GM'ed. But, to assuage any fear that may bring, I've been writing short stories for years, so my adventure ideas are (loosely) plotted out like a...

When submitting missions, how much information about the Mission itself do the Judges need? Should the submission be detailed or would a brief synopsis with Key Plot Points be sufficient? Also... Do I need to submit the Mission to all Judges? If not, which Judge should I email?

Living Supers - General Discussion Thread

Welcome horrible. There's always room for another. I think there's a few new missions starting soon. I'll be starting one middle/end of January. All characters are members of The Resolutes. I don't think there's really an age-limit on Resolute Recruits (atleast I haven't seen mention of such)...

SX:3 From the Bowels of Philadelphia (Hero For Hire Judging)

Intrepid stands quietly, unsure what to make of the damage he did to the robot. How did I do that, he wonders. I just used my mental abilities to blast a hole in that machine. Where did that come from? Then the aching starts. Intrepid closes his eyes and, reaching up with both hands, rubs at his...

SX:3 From the Bowels of Philadelphia (Hero For Hire Judging)

"Everybody, hit it all at once! Let's take this thing down!" OOC: Since Salix prompted, I say we give the ol' Combined Attack a shot. We delay our attacks until Aquaphibian's Initiative. All roll for Attack. For each hit with a DC within 5 of the highest DC that hits, add an additional +2 to...

SX:3 From the Bowels of Philadelphia (Hero For Hire Judging)

At the sound of doors slamming shut, Intrepid thinks, This can't be good. To the others, he shouts, "We need to take this thing down. Quick! I have a feeling things are about to get worse." Intrepid sends another powerful blast of Psychokinetic Force hurtling toward the mechanical menace...

SX:3 From the Bowels of Philadelphia (Hero For Hire Judging)

"Ghost!" shouts Intrepid, running forward to help his fallen friend. Fear of losing a teammate presses him forward, and without much thought, Intrepid sends a powerful blast of Psychokinetic force toward the robot. Intrepid uses extra effort to gain the Alternate Power: Blast 10 (Ranged Attack...
