Don't know what you mean by 'listed', but some general ones are: Against Ranged Attacks, Against Multiple Opponents, Against One Opponent, Against Melee Attacks... That's off the top of my head. I can give you more if you want, I'm pretty sure all of those are acceptable.

Whoops, that 14 xp was supposed to be taken from the cost to raise in game. That means that buying essence is worth 2.3 or so XP per BP. You can still get more (I'm just saying this from an extremely min-max point of view). On the side: Where the :):):):) did I pull that 14 from? lol

Also unless you have charms that require Essence 3, it's generally one of the least point efficient things to by at character creation. It's basically 2 XP per BP, and there are better ratios out there (like upping high level favoured skills). Just thought I'd mention it, if this doesn't matter...
