I think they should go settingless in the books and instead post a default setting for free online. More pages for building a world and less spent on something that I'll ignore for the most part.

Honestly I think only the first 10 levels should be in the PHB. Give me twice as many Core classes.

Considering how far a typical campaign goes, I wonder if they should even include "Paragon" in core much less "Epic". I would have love to see 30 classes in PHB 1 instead of 100+ pages of nearly useless powers.

The new Bodgers Board game Scrappers, from privateer press, is very neat. Its a movement based game with a lot of strategy. However, its simple enough that its able to be played in 30 minutes and it doesn't take up the space of Infernal Contraption.
