Well, if I'm not mistaken, the PHBII will have circa 230 pages, right? Considering the (especulated) 8 races and 8 classes, we'll have around 150 pages, if WotC maintain the same number of pages per race and per class as in PHBI. And what about the other 80 pages? What is being said about it...

The way I see, the total monetary treasure is the amount of gold that is (or should be) equivalent to the whole equipment that is in the table...
