I'm trying to take the chronotyryn from Fiend Folio and make him a little weaker (he's listed as a CR 19 and ideally two level 15 characters (warlock/shadowcaster and another undetermined) will eventually fight (and defeat him)... but right now this seems unlikely so what is a good way to make...
