The conjuration should not have any actions. In order to attack the conjurer should use one of his powers to cause it to attack. Like the warlord ability, except ranged, and varied. The only thing the conjuration should be able to do on it's own is OA. OK maybe I see what you are getting at...

I think the +2 for running is a typo and it really should be x2.

while it says 5hp/level gained, it does not say the con modifier is not added every level. I suppose it could be ommited, but it might not be ommited too, it simply does not say. At first level it is not the con modifier, but the con itself that is added.
