    The first answer is not very clear. "Could" implies that it's a choice, or in other words you also have the choice to swap both powers (or all three with the feat). But that's just an implication and I could be wrong.

    Except the Fighter, specifically, has the ability Combat Superiority which makes an enemy struck by their opportunity attack stop moving. How does this work with enemies trying to move away from the fighter? Do they end up in the square adjacent to the fighter, or one square away.

    I was thinking that this is likely. Rather than having the ritual Teleport, which would work much like previous editions in that it can conceivably take you anywhere, it would make sense to have Teleport [specific place]. That way, the DM can allow his players to travel across large distances...

    One use I see for this ability is as a synergy with the rogue. The warlord sets himself up to be flanking with the rogue and delays his action until after he attacks. If the rogue hits with his one sneak attack/round, the warlord just uses some other at will, but if the rogue misses his attack...

    I don't know if this has been pointed out elsewhere, but its looking to me like the three tiers will be differentiated by the monsters you face as well as the abilities of the PC's. Heroic is looking like the humanoid tier, where you often fight are kobolds, gnolls, orcs. They're all levels...
