Actually, it may not be that good of an idea... Encounter Powers wouldn't feel so special if you used them every round.

I'm quite curious about this too, but my party is still level 3 right now, so I can't test it out yet. I'd like to know if it's viable to never forget your old powers.

Some classes have more than 6 healing surges, you need to put that in as well. Also, I'd like to see characters that don't automatically have proficiency with all simple weapons, and I'd like to see characters with proficiency in superior weapons.
