You are remembering it right. It's in the "failed saving throw" part of the "Reading a Power" rule update on page 219 of PHB2.

4E gray dragon is the 3.X fang dragon, if I recall correctly. And the purple dragon was the deep dragon in 3.X.

Right now, I'm the DM in a 4e campaign, I play in other 2 4e campaign and we are playing a BECMI campaign once every few months. Next month we're going to start alternating a SW:Saga campaign with the 4e campaign in which I am the DM.
