Are there any ways to increase the attack of a person wielding a fullblade? Like gloves that enable a person to wield a Two-handed weapon in one hand so i can use a fullblade and shield. Or some feat or something that increases dmg, hopefully cheap.

How is the damage calculated for two-handed weapons? in 3.5 it was modifier + half right? what is it in 4e since i haven't found out where it specifies the dmg. Also what book says it?
