The DHSM house continues to be for sale, but it took a significant price hit... dropping nearly $300K in the last month (see above; it was $725K on March 24th). Reportedly, according to paperwork filed in North Carolina on April 15th, Justin's now ex-wife seems to have gotten the house in full.

In other news, by my records the price of the DHSM has gone down by $90K. On December 4th of last year, it was at $940K. Should be affordable any day now...
