If you have D&D 2014, the pitch pretty much is just “D&D but not by WotC”. 2024 and A5E iterate on 2024 (in very different ways) and ToV tweaks it. It has a couple of new features, but not as much as A5E. Mainly the Luck system is pretty cool and can be imported into the others easily enough...
