That caught my eye as well, because it made me think of the LitRPG book series "Chaos Seeds" by Aleron Kong. First book is "The Land: Founding". In that series the village, buildings, and dungeons level up. I thought that would be a neat mechanic to somehow bring into a D&D campaign.

We were in that seminar and enjoyed it very much. We're definitely Chris Perkins fans now. We just started playing 5e recently before the con (played a couple 2nd edition games 20+ years ago before 5e) so this was a neat opportunity.
