Im looking at the D&D beyond page now. The page has links to download the tournament scoring sheet and the pre made characters. I don't see any link for a PDF of the adventure (er, half adventure). I assumed there would be one because the page says you can play it in local game stores. Where...

Absolutely love that the adventure is only viewable on the web page and not downloadable. Absolutely love that the provided map is not scaled or optimized for VTTs. I always use 56.6 pixels per square.

Have you seen this version of the alchemist? Although I'm not sure I count as a 3rd party publisher.
