Perhaps they should sit down and relook at the +1 rule. AL is supposed to be streamlined, but as more material is released, it appears to becoming overly complicated than just saying "make what you want, have fun".
The cover is cool, but I really love the art on the non-limited edition. I was almost tempted to just swap because I love to just stare and stare at these covers. Whoever is doing all the art these days is doing a fantastic job.
It would probably just set the arrow on fire if the shaft was wood and fall apart. It's meant as a debilitating spell. Otherwise it would have text for adding it to your own weapons.
